Euro area unemployment at 6.2%

Tra i principali Paesi, la Germania (3,7%) registra il tasso di disoccupazione più basso, seguita da Italia (6,0%), Francia (7,6%) e Spagna (10,4%)

EU/ENG - According to data released by Eurostat, in July 2025, the euro area seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 6.2%, down  from 6.4% in July 2024 and from 6.3% in June 2025 . The EU unemployment rate was 5.9% in July 2025, also down from 6.0% in June 2025 and in July 2024. 

Eurostat estimates that 13.025 million persons in the EU, of whom 10.805 million in the euro area, were unemployed in July 2025.

Compared with June 2025, unemployment decreased by 165 thousand in the EU and by 170 thousand in the euro area.

Compared with July 2024, unemployment decreased by 105 thousand in the EU and by 161 thousand in the euro area.

Per quanto riguarda i principali Paesi della zona Euro, la Germania (3,7%) ha registrato il tasso di disoccupazione più basso, seguita da Italia (6,0%), Francia (7,6%) e Spagna (10,4%).

ITA - Disoccupazione nell’area dell’euro al 6,2%. A luglio 2025, il tasso di disoccupazione destagionalizzato nell’area dell’euro era del 6,2%, in calo rispetto al 6,3% di giugno 2025 e al 6,4% di luglio 2024. Il tasso di disoccupazione nell’UE era del 5,9% a luglio 2025, anch’esso in calo rispetto al 6,0% di giugno 2025 e di luglio 2024. 

Eurostat stima che 13,025 milioni di persone nell’UE, di cui 10,805 milioni nell’area dell’euro, fossero disoccupate a luglio 2025.

Rispetto a giugno 2025, la disoccupazione è diminuita di 165.000 unità nell’UE e di 170.000 unità nell’area dell’euro.

Rispetto a luglio 2024, la disoccupazione è diminuita di 105.000 unità nell’UE e di 161.000 unità nell’area dell’euro.

Per quanto riguarda i principali Paesi della zona Euro, la Germania (3,7%) ha registrato il tasso di disoccupazione più basso, seguita da Italia (6,0%), Francia (7,6%) e Spagna (10,4%).
