Definito il secondo bilancio dell'accordo pluriennale Ue per il 2022

On the proposal of the Eu Commission, the Eu Parliament and the EU Council reached an agreement

EU/ENG - On the proposal of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union have reached an agreement on the joint budget for 2022. Commitments of €169.5 billion and payments of €170.6 billion are planned for this, the second budget under the EU's multiannual agreement for 2022.

The policy priorities reflected in the budget coincide with the main EU priorities: economic recovery, the fight against climate change, and the green and digital transition.

The budget allocates €49.7 billion to "supporting the recovery by incentivizing investments in economic, social, and territorial cohesion." €53.1 billion is allocated to the Common Agricultural Policy and €971.9 million to the Fisheries Fund. €12.2 billion has been allocated to the Horizon Europe research program. €6.4 billion is earmarked for border management and visa policy, while €2.8 billion is dedicated to transport infrastructure. The €755.5 million allocation for the Life program is in addition to the €1.2 billion earmarked for the Just Climate Transition Fund.

 

ITA - Su proposta della Commissione europea, il Parlamento europeo e il Consiglio dell'Unione europea hanno raggiunto l'accordo sul bilancio comune per il 2022. Sono previsti impegni per 169,5 miliardi di euro e pagamenti per 170,6 miliardi di euro nelle poste di questo che è il secondo bilancio nell'ambito dell'accordo pluriennale dell'Ue per il 2022.

Gli assi programmatici rilfessi nel bilancio coincidono con le principali priorità Ue: ripresa economica, lotta ai cambiamenti climatici e transizione verde e digitale.

Nel bilancio 49,7 miliardi di euro sono dedicati a "sostenere la ripresa incentivando gli investimenti nella coesione economica, sociale e territoriale". Alla politica agricola comune vanno invece 53,1 miliardi di euro e al fondo per la pesca 971,9 milioni. Al programma di ricerca Horizon Europe sono assegnati 12,2 miliardi. Sono 6,4 i miliardi di euro destinati alla gestione delle frontiere e alla politica dei visti. mentre 2,8 i miliardi di euro sono dedicati alle infrastrutture di trasporto. Lo stanziamento di 755,5 milioni di euro per il programma Life si somma ai 1,2 miliardi di euro la posta dedicata al Fondo per una transizione climatica giusta.
