Last 18 July Ursula von der Leyen was re-elected president of the Commission with 401 votes in favour: today, after the opening to the ECR which took place in the meantime, she got 31 fewer. Von der Leyen promises that "she will always work starting from center" and distributes guarantees to the political groups of the majority.
