Lagarde: l'inflazione nell'eurozona non ha ancora raggiunto l'apice

secondo la presidente l'inflazione della zona euro non ha ancora raggiunto l'apice e il rischio è che cresca anche oltre a quanto previsto a fine novembre

La presidente della Bce Christine Lagarde ha riferito in audizione alla Commissione per i problemi economici e monetari del Parlamento europeo (ECON), esponendo delle valutazioni sull'andamento dell'inflazione nell'eurozona.  "Non vediamo le componenti o la direzione che mi porterebbero a credere che abbiamo raggiunto il picco dell'inflazione" che da qui diminuirà. Ha detto la presidente aggiungendo anche che: "Ogni volta che chiedo ai miei economisti in Bce la risposta che ottengo al momento è che il rischio è al rialzo, senza qualificare il rialzo".

I media hanno riportato il discorso della presidente desumendone che l'inflazione della zona euro non ha quindi ancora raggiunto l'apice e il rischio è che cresca anche oltre a quanto previsto a fine novembre.
