Mercati del lavoro: effetti benefici delle politiche pubbliche di sostegno in Italia e in Spagna

Mercati del lavoro: effetti benefici delle politiche pubbliche di sostegno in Italia e in Spagna

Si registrano cambiamenti in positivo nei mercati del lavoro di almeno tre di quattro Paesi Ue (dell'area sud  e mediterranea) maggiormente affetti da disoccupazione di massa e povertà diffusa.

 

In Italia e Spagna l'effetto benefico delle misure intraprese dai governi

L'effetto spiazzamento delle politiche di reddito di cittadinanza in Italia (destinate a correttivi ma che hanno arginato fenomeni di povertà clamorosi per un Paese.del G7) e la forte disincentivazione dei contratti precari in Spagna , hanno avuto un benefico effetto spiazzamento in questi due Paesi sulla domanda di lavoro povero e sfruttato, con evidente ed inevitabile  indisponibilità di manodopera per fasce d'impiego sotto i mille euro.

 

Paasi avanti in Portogallo. Meno bene la Grecia

Più efficaci del passato risultano anche le misure di sostegno e politica sociale  in Portogallo, meno bene la Grecia che perpetua distorsioni del mercato del lavoro con macroscopiche aree di lavoro nero e informale.
